We are currently looking for a Director Performance Marketing who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. In this role, you will own the strategy, efficiency, and growth of our Group paid and earned acquisition engine across SEA, SEO/AIO, and Affiliates. You will combine your commercial and analytical expertise with leadership skills to manage channel teams, set the P&L, and translate market opportunities into measurable growth.


What you will do
  • Own the blended performance marketing P&L across channels — spend, CRoI/ROAS, customer acquisition, and contribution.
  • Set the multi-channel acquisition strategy across brands and markets, defining priorities, investment rationale, and exit decisions.
  • Lead, develop, and performance-manage SEA, SEO/AIO, and Affiliate teams, building capability and commercial ownership.
  • Partner with local Market Leads, CRM, Brand, and other functions to align channel activity with overall commercial priorities.
  • Monitor performance daily, recommend actions to optimise revenue and margin, and feed learnings into global strategy.
  • Manage senior agency, platform, and vendor relationships, holding partners to clear commercial standards.

  • What you should bring
  • 10+ years in performance or digital marketing, with at least 7 years leading multi-channel acquisition at Director/Head level.
  • Proven ownership of a large paid-media budget and blended acquisition P&L.
  • Expertise across SEA, SEO, and Affiliates, with experience transitioning
